2008 KILLINGWORTH YOUTH LEAGUE
2008 Fall Baseball/ Softball Registration
When: Thursday, July 10, 2008: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you cannot make the in-person registration, you can mail in a registration form (must be received by August 1, 2008). The mailing address is: Killingworth Youth League The Fall Ball season for 8 thru 11 year-olds will start on August 18, 2008 with games commencing at the beginning of September and running through October. Each team will generally play 2 games a weekend and practice two nights a week. There is some travel involved in Fall Ball to surrounding towns. This program helps to develop and prepare players for the next level of play. Players will get a lot of playing time in a short season. KYL will be limiting teams to a MAXIMUM of 12 players each. Teams will be formed based on the enrollment as of the close of registration. Any late sign ups will not be guaranteed a spot on a team and will be placed on a waiting list. All players will be provided with a team shirt, hat and matching socks.
We will have teams for the following groups (depending on the how many players register): Girls Minor League (ages 8-9) REGISTRATION Registration can be made in person on July 10 from 5pm to 8pm at the Killingworth Fire House. Mail in registration may be received until August 1st. Any parent interested in coaching should also indicate such on the registration form. The cost is $50 per player.
